We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) for international orders. For new customers, we typically require T/T 30% deposit with balance paid against copy of Bill of Lading. Established customers may qualify for more flexible payment terms.

Standard delivery time is 7-15 days for in-stock items. For custom orders or larger quantities, delivery typically takes 15-30 days after order confirmation. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to your destination.

Yes, we offer free samples (1-2 kg per specification) for quality evaluation. Sample shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. We can also send samples via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for faster delivery.
